Meow Habit Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 深圳市壹心互娱科技有限公司 ("Oneheart," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Meow Habit (喵喵打卡) iOS application (the "App").

In short: Meow Habit does not require a Oneheart account, does not contain advertising, and does not track you across apps or websites. Your habit data is stored on your device and, when available, synced through your private iCloud database. We receive information only when you choose to submit feedback, and Apple processes App Store purchases.

1. Information handled by the App

Habit data

The App stores information you create, including habit names, icons, colors, schedules, reminders, archive and deletion status, and completion history. This information is stored locally on your device. When iCloud is available, Apple may sync it through the private iCloud database associated with your Apple Account. Oneheart does not have access to records stored in your private iCloud database.

Preferences and local notifications

Settings such as appearance, week-start preference, haptic and sound preferences, and whether habit names appear in notifications are stored on your device. If you enable reminders, the App asks iOS for notification permission and schedules notifications through Apple's local notification service. The App does not send habit names to Oneheart in order to deliver these reminders.

Feedback you choose to submit

If you use the in-app feedback form, we collect the feedback category and message you enter. You may also choose to provide a contact email address and attach a screenshot. If "Attach diagnostics" is enabled, the submission also includes the App version, device model, iOS version, and whether the App is using iCloud sync or local storage. Habit names and completion history are not attached automatically.

A screenshot is accessed only after you select it using Apple's system photo picker. The App does not request general access to your photo library. Feedback is sent to a CloudKit database used for Oneheart support and product improvement; it is separate from your private habit database.

Purchases

Payments for subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card or billing information. Apple provides the App with limited transaction and entitlement information, such as the product purchased and whether access is active, so the App can unlock paid features and restore purchases.

Analytics and advertising

The current version does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not send habit content for analytics. It does not access the advertising identifier and does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required by law or Apple policy before the new collection begins.

3. Service providers and disclosure

Meow Habit relies on Apple services, including iCloud and CloudKit for storage and sync, the App Store and StoreKit for purchases, and iOS notification services for reminders. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We require any service provider that processes information for us to protect it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, a valid legal process, or a government request; protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Oneheart, or others; investigate fraud or abuse; or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention and deletion

Habit data remains on your device and in your private iCloud database until you delete it, remove the relevant iCloud data, or permanently delete a habit in the App. Soft-deleted habits may remain available for recovery until you permanently erase them. Uninstalling the App removes local data but may not remove data already stored in iCloud.

Feedback submissions are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain support and security records, improve the App, and meet legal obligations. They are then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

To request access to or deletion of a feedback submission, email support@oneheartgame.com. Because the App has no Oneheart account, please include enough information to locate the submission, such as the approximate date, contact email used, and a short description. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Apple may process iCloud, CloudKit, and App Store information in locations determined by your Apple Account, service configuration, and Apple's infrastructure, subject to Apple's safeguards and applicable law.

7. Children

Meow Habit is a general-purpose habit tracker and is not directed specifically to children. If you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing in your location, use the App with permission and guidance from a parent or legal guardian. Children should not submit an email address, screenshot, or other personal information through the feedback form without guardian consent. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or our practices. We will post the revised version with a new "last updated" date and provide additional notice where required.
